Expedited Shipping
Choose expedited shipping for faster delivery, typically within 2-3 business days.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
Return Policy
We understand that sometimes things don't quite work out as expected, and you may find the need to return your product.
Our returns policy allows for returns within 30 days of receipt for a hassle-free process. We accept returns for all orders, provided they are in pristine condition. This means they are unopened, unused and any seals are intact.

How do I return?
If you wish to return any unopened or unused items please do so within 30 days of delivery and simply follow these steps:

Contact us at support@jonova.co,uk with your name, address, order number and the reason for your return. It can really help to speed up the process if you provide photos or videos to support your return request.

We'll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

Once we receive and review your returned package, we will process the refund.
What happens once I return my product?
Once received, and reviewed, we will process your refund and the amount you paid for the returned goods and send you a notification via email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary by payment provider. Generally, refunds will take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
Please note, we don’t offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
Sale Items
Only full priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
